We are a remote-first team of operators, builders and defenders working at the intersection of media, machine learning and rights. Our customers ship culture for a living — trophies, tournaments, premieres, festivals — so the bar at FEESZ is to be as fast, as accountable and as obsessed with the craft as they are. We hire experienced engineers, designers, researchers and commercial leaders who have something to prove and zero patience for theatre. Compensation is competitive across all major markets, equity is meaningful, and benefits are designed for adults: paid parental leave, equipment of your choice, an annual learning budget and time off you are actually expected to take.     Intro conversation

    30 minutes with a recruiter to align on the role, your priorities and compensation.

  3. 03

    Hiring manager

    60 minutes with the hiring manager. We share questions in advance.

  4. 04

    Working session

    A scoped, time-boxed exercise that mirrors the actual work — paid if it exceeds 4 hours.

  5. 05

    Final round

    Three sessions with future peers and a leadership conversation. Decision within 5 business days.
